Send It Back
Pack your Skintae in its original box and ship it to the address we provide. Use any tracked service you prefer.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return, we process your full refund within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.

- Unused items in original packaging
- Items tried briefly that did not meet expectations
- Defective or damaged products

- Items returned after 90 days from delivery
- Products visibly worn, broken, or modified by the customer
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Sale or final-clearance items marked non-returnable
📦 Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless your item was defective or shipped in error. We recommend using a tracked service. If your product arrived damaged or wrong, we cover the return cost in full.
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different colour or size? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a free exchange. Replacement units typically dispatch within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your original item.
