Once you place an order, our team prepares your Skintae mask carefully and ships it via a tracked carrier. You receive an email confirmation immediately, followed by a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Most parcels arrive within 7 to 12 business days. During promotional periods or major holidays, timing varies slightly. We will keep you updated every step of the way.

For UK customers in a hurry, choose Express Delivery at checkout for $8.99 (free on orders over $70). Your Skintae arrives within 5 to 8 business days via priority tracked service.
Standard UK delivery remains our most popular choice. Both options come fully tracked and insured.

Once your Skintae is on the way, you receive an email with a tracking number and a clickable link. Follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door at any time.
Have not received a tracking update within 5 business days of your order? Email support@skintae.com and we will look into it personally.
💶 Customs & Duties
For UK, EU, and US orders, customs and import duties are typically included in the final price at checkout. No surprise charges at delivery.
For orders to Switzerland and other non-EU countries, local customs charges might apply depending on your region. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Check with your local customs office for specific information.

📦 Lost or Delayed Package
Contact us within 30 days of order date. We investigate with the carrier and send a replacement when needed.
🔨 Damaged in Transit
Photograph the damage and email us within 7 days of delivery. We replace your item at no cost.

Spotted a mistake in your address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update it before dispatch where possible.
